Amazing experience! The shop was hard to find inside Oberpollinger, so we got there right before close. Yet, the associate was so helpful and kind, she also chatted with us about living in Munich. She allowed us to try on a variety of bags and even recommended some I wouldn’t have thought about. She helped me choose which bag matched with my aesthetic the most. I am an American in my 20s

The store is inside the Oberpollinger departmental store. The sales girl was nice. I was in an out in like 10 minutes. She walked me through the VAT process as well. Definitely worth it!

Unprofessional, bad service!!! This male staff in the Shop was very unfriendly and might be racist. I was told not to touch or try the bags by myself at the first place, ppl could only try and see unter his guidance. I thought it's might cos of the corona. ok, not a problem. But during the guidance he left me twice to take care of other European customers, in the end he directly left me behind, ignore me and adjust bags. What an unprofessional behaviour!!! Personally will not go there anymore!!!
