Compared to the Gigantti in Finnoo, these guys seemed highly competent, friendly, and delivered fast service. The guy with curly, brown hair at register. We will be back.

Waited in a virtual queue (like 4 people in queue total) for 15 minutes meanwhile one of six employees were at the checkout, while the rest were standing around

Seems like a very well managed store. Everything is organized quite well. The workers know what to do, at least the ones I met worked quite fast and were no-nonsense employees. Good selection and, although it's not the biggest store, you can find it all online anyway for pick-up. Wheelchair accessible. Great gaming selections and home interior machines. I recommend the God och Blendet candies too!

I already had previous bad experiences there of not getting service when i needed, but this time I even managed to get hold of an employee and got such an amazing answer to my request that I had to leave a review. I went to check out some Sony headphones (premium model for abt 380eur). At first I of course checked myself and found the spot in the "wall" where it should be hanging to test it, just that it was not there... I continued my quest and found 2pairs on a standing mount, but somehow fixed in that way that it was impossible for me to try them on or out. I went to find an employee which weirdly enough went rather easy. When confronting him with my wish of trying those headphones and explaining that they were not available at the testing wall and the other pairs would be somewhat fixed to some stand he did not seem to understand my issues and told me all proud that they/GIGANTTI would have a 50day return policy... I have to say that i was baffled...who buys close to 400eur headphones without trying them out and comparing them to other models in that pricerange... I asked him if he was kidding me, but he seemed to not understand. He just told me it is not possible to try. Safe to say I will not buy anything EVER from there again after that kind of service.

Bought an iPhone 14 Pro, the battery hold like 6 hours and I went to ask. They want to take my phone to service and hold it for 3 weeks which is too much! It would be nice if they had technicians in there to check such things if its just iPhone 14 fault in general or this specific phone had manufacturer issues!
